Great app and very easy to connect to your shopify store. I had a bit trouble getting the surveys to look how I wanted. Therefore I contacted the support and got a very quick, kind og helpfull answer so that I could get the look I wanted.

I highly recommend this app! It's incredibly user-friendly, highly customizable, and seamlessly integrates with Shopify data. It does exactly what we need with ease. Plus, the customer support is outstanding—any questions or concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently. A must-have for any business looking for a reliable solution to easily receive customer feedback!

I've tried four different survey apps with Shopify, and this was the best. The interface for editing surveys is elegant, but powerful. The surveys are implemented with reasonable and thoughtful defaults, so they look good out of the box. Support has been highly responsive. The pricing seems extremely fair for the features provided.

I just want to say, I installed the app for free(!) and had few questions, I got a response within an hour with video instructions how to tweak something and I got amazed how good response was. Running the app for 2 days and I am very happy with this app!

Great app! It is a must have to get as much data as possible from your target audience. You are literally leaving money on the table if you don't get data from customers that are purchasing from you. I love this app and it's one of the best investments you can make for your business.

This app is fantastic. We find that at least a third of our users constantly answer our checkout survey and provide us with really valuable feedback. App is easy to use and if you have an issue, support responds really quickly. Highly recommend (I use it on 3 different Shopify sites)

Had a few issues with the app which keept sending Spam emails with "e" in and then counts them as part of the monthly quota. Got support from Zigpoll who have gone above and beyond to fix this issue and help with other issues we didnt know we had.

One of the hardest parts of marketing is attribution -- knowing if a channel works, and measuring exactly how well. Thanks to Zigpoll we're developing a better idea of how to find our target audience, and some of the survey answers surprise us. For example some customers link directly to places they heard about TRMNL, that we would have never learned about otherwise. Use Zigpoll to do better marketing!
