A Game-Changer for Ecommerce!! I cannot express enough how thrilled I am with the Zigpoll survey app I recently discovered for my ecommerce business. Haven't spend enough time with the app itself to determine if it's good (on first glance really no complains though), but I did have a great experience with their customer service. Fast, to the point and kind. Were able to solve my problem within 24 hours.

Amazing app, the features are incredible and far above any other survey app I have used. I think this is more than just a survey app. There are so many use cases for it; it's actually pretty remarkable. You can tell a lot of time and effort went into it. Highly recommended!

Have used the app for a few days now. Great app: no steep learning curve, fast support, easy setup and good looking. What else do you want? oh yes! it's free for starters like me.

Not only is the app user friendly with fantastic functionality, but the different pricing tiers make sense. Better than all that though is the practically immediate and thorough customer service. Couldn't recommend this app more, absolutely try it before anything else.

Very happy with the choice to use Zigpoll in our Shopify store. Does everything we need. Easy to set up and works perfectly. For a much lower price than comparable apps. Highly recommend this app!

Customer service is out of this world! They helped me with every step, and I am not even on a paid plan. They respond to all their emails, fast! I would recommend this app to everyone. Shout out to Jason for providing me with the guidence I needed!

Just top-notch service from this dev! We installed the app, and it can be a bit daunting. There are tons of options and features. We needed help getting our first few polls up and running, so we reached out and had answers within minutes.

Excellent and Quick customer service. No problems installing or using this app. Been using it for a while now and its a great way to find out any friction points your customers might be experiencing & extra data always helps what,s working and what,s not. Great value for money IMO. Cheers Cameron
