Very happy with the choice to use Zigpoll in our Shopify store. Does everything we need. Easy to set up and works perfectly. For a much lower price than comparable apps. Highly recommend this app!

Just top-notch service from this dev! We installed the app, and it can be a bit daunting. There are tons of options and features. We needed help getting our first few polls up and running, so we reached out and had answers within minutes.

AMAZINGLY helpful app! I'm using it after purchase to see where my customers came from and for abandoned carts to see why they didn't purchase and nurture them back to the sale. Can't recommend it highly enough!
Incredible experience with Zigpoll. I was able to easily access personal time with the founder who was incredibly thoughtful and happy to help make sure our store received the most possible benefit from their software. If you're reading this, you're wasting your time: by now, you could be already Zigpolling your way to the future!

Needs a bit of time to understand how the poll works as it is really complete and detailed, but the installation was really plug & play! Everything is working well and the support team has been super reactive with our requests.

We use it to get customer feedback and then construct automated engagements with them. The app is very flexible, with timing and display options that just work like the customer wants.
This app really made my day and its a life savior since its integrated with Shopify so you won't have to worry about this survey and responses related to whom? its features and options are super amazing and really fit my needs and business requirements.
This app compliments everything i was trying to accomplish with my store - overall very easy integration, fantastic functionality & unreal customer support. This is the definition of a 5 star app. Well done to the Zigpoll team for creating such a rewarding and valuable app.
I spent SO much time trying to get other apps to run an anonymous feedback survey on my store. With Zigpoll, I was able to get it up and running within 15 minutes! Cannot recommend this app and the support enough. Truly one of the best Shopify apps I've ever used.
Excellent support - blistering fast customer service who actually handles the small improvements suggested.
The app itself is great and brought really good results straight away so I was very excited to get the insights from my customers using Zigpoll. However, there are 2 concerns, which probably means I won't continue using it: 1. A response is each click from the customer so 3 basic questions (including asking if they have a moment to answer 2 questions) from one customer is 3 responses from my limit. I could see how I could really use the app in lots of ways but the way this works is too limiting, even as you upgrade the plan. It actually works against you using it! 2. Secondly, $100 is too much for a small business to pay to remove the logo. In all, I'm not sure I'll keep this now - a shame as it could really help my business, it just doesn't have the right pricing package.
Thanks for your honest feedback! Zigpoll can be used for a lot of different things so pricing is tricky to get right for everyone and it is why we chose the submission based model. That being said, we are always willing to work with our customers to find pricing that is inclusive of their individual needs and use-cases. App is easy to use great to find out your customers needs/wants customer service is above 5 stars Would highly recommend the app!
I decided this morning I wanted to send a survey to some recent workshop attendees and Zigpoll made it very easy to create my survey slides and send out a quick survey! Jason and the team at Zigpoll were very quick to respond to my questions as well (within minutes!) and I can't wait to use Zigpoll to continue to grow our business and gain valuable customer feedback. Highly recommend!
