Great customer service and the app is SUPER easy to use. Easy to set up and extremely intuitive. Incredibly flexible as well. Highly recommend!

Setup was a breeze and I'm really impressed with how much customization is available if you need it. I didn't expect logic-based tile progressions, weekly email reports, and analytics all to be available on the free plan. Unlike many of my other Shopify apps, the UI is snappy, easy to use, and intuitive. I also love how the survey answers can show up in my order details for a heads-up preview when I'm curious about a new order. I'm not there yet, but it looks like it also directly integrates with Omnisend, MailChimp, Klayvio, Google Sheets, Slack, and others. Well done!

Setting up the survey was easy and Jason, who responded to my queries, was very responsive and helpful. The design of the survey for our customers is also very user-friendly.

This app delivers exactly as promised—and then some. It offers more features than comparable tools and is priced more competitively. I was initially concerned that support might suffer because of that, but Jason, the founder, has been incredibly responsive and hands-on. He’s replied to every email within a day and is even open to customizing the app to fit specific business needs. If you’re looking for better post-purchase attribution or want to collect customer data seamlessly, I highly recommend giving this app a try.

Excellent app! We use it for checkout surveys and different kind of onsite surveys with special targetings and everything works fine. If we are facing an issue or a function is missing, we can always contact jason directly and he will help us immediately. The support ist really extra class. I can highly recommend this app.

Amazing app with tons of potential. Among many other things, Zigpoll enables you to segment your audience by asking visitors what they are interested in. This segmentation can later be used for emails and marketing. Excellent support by Jason as well.

I wanted to start running surveys to better understand our customers and use the valuable data in marketing and new product development. It took me some time to pull the trigger to choose an app and implement the surveys. I did a lot of research, looked at several apps and methods and gathered the questions I wanted to ask. I finally decided on ZigPoll, as you know if you are a founder wearing all the hats, constantly having to learn new software is a chore! ZigPoll made it easy for me, main reason is they are VERY responsive and were right there to answer my questions to keep me moving along! I have 3 Surveys going for the past 4 weeks and they have been an INCREDIBLE tool to see what people are thinking! ZigPoll is a GREAT survey partner. I have two post purchase surveys running, one for New Customers and one for Repeat Customers. And a survey that is more in dept to my VIP customers to learn more about them. I highly recommend ZigPoll... Integrates great with Klaviyo and Shopify!

TOTAL GAME-CHANGER FOR OUR WEBSITE! We were initially concerned that, without Shopify Plus, we wouldn’t be able to use ZigPoll—but it integrated seamlessly into the post-purchase section, exactly where we needed it. The dashboard is intuitive, and any questions we had were quickly answered on a Zoom call with the developer. Honestly, the app delivers way more than we expected. Great price, great features and great customer service. Especially the ability to translate and run in multiple markets is great. We have installed the app on 7 shops. It's been a long time since I've experienced such a complete Shopify app.

So far we are loving Zigpoll for our ecommerce business. The post purchase survey has opened our eyes to new organic channels that are converting and the summaries provide strategy ideas to focus marketing on the new channels that have opportunity for growth!
