Easy to use and deployed quickly. I customized an NPS survey with additional questions easily, and we are already seeing a better response rate than the previous tools.

Amazing customer service, user’s interface is very intuitive and easy to program even if you are new to this type of tool. Has amazing features and love the multi language capabilities. Am 100% sticking with it.

Zigpoll is an excellent survey tool—easy to set up, user-friendly, and packed with useful features. It’s helped us gather valuable customer insights effortlessly. Jason has been especially helpful—quick to respond, patient, and thorough in resolving any questions we had.

This is working really well for our post checkout surveys. We primarily service one client with over 3,000 locations so this helps us differentiate between locations through the use of post-checkout questions. We had some trouble getting started with it, but customer service was readily available to help get us going and now we don't even have to think about it. 100% recommend.

Best app, minus the telemetry. But it's good!

Beyond superb!! The app is excellent. Customizable to exactly how you want it. The support is amazing. They respond to questions with screenshots and voice over explaining in detail how to do whatever it is that you inquired about.

Love Zigpoll overall, just don't like how the pricing goes up on bigger tiers without much increase in value

I am really impressed with this app! There are so many options, it lets you design any type of survey you need. I am using it to get targeted feedback on new products. I'm sure I will think of another half dozen ways to use it to.

So far so good, just implemented it and it is working great. Getting a ton of engagement. Data is everything. Customer Service is amazing as well. It's a no brainer.
