Excellent app, that really gives a lot of opportunities to do after sales (or other) surveys. It is pretty easy to edit and setting up the questionaires. I definitely can recommend it. It helped us, to really know, where new customers are coming from, since the numbers within Meta are no longer trustworthy.

The app is really easy to install and get live. The first time it took me about 20 minutes to build out a survey, but that was down to me going slowly and working things out. Going forward it's an absolute breeze to set these things up. The customer service is truly excellent too. Fast, friendly and will complete answers. I 100% recommend Zigpoll.

This app does everything we need and is by far the most complete one we've found! The support we've received from Jason himself, has been nothing short of amazing. Awesome, very helpful. We use it mainly for post-purchase surveys on the thank you page ("how did you hear about us", "why did you buy product XYZ") and overall purchase satisfaction sent automatically via email ("how satisfied are you with your recent purchase"). It's reasonably easy to use but most of all, it's just really reliable and versatile. We made some of our core business decisions based on the survey results we received through this app. Oh and the founder Jason is just awesome! He helped me every time I had a question with in-depth support.
