Great app! We've built a seamless post purchase survey in the effort to build a super strong customer avatar profile which will lead to us creating much better and more direct Facebook ads, in the aim to reduce ad spend long term. Zigpoll has been an incredible tool for our website! There are tons of ready-made survey solutions built in, but it's also super easy to create our own surveys from scratch. I really appreciate the myriad of different question formats (single-select, multi-select, sliding scale, and even photo selections, among tons of others). The data is aggregated in easy-to-read charts plus AI insights, so it's really simple to synthesize the survey results. Most importantly, the support offered is absolutely top-notch. The team was communicative and thorough in helping resolve my questions with ease.

Big fan! I use other apps for reviews, but prefer zigpoll for polling customers. Is way more detailed and customizable, and the AI insights are actually super helpful in summarizing data. The customer support is also top tier. Can’t recommend enough!
