This app is fantastic. We find that at least a third of our users constantly answer our checkout survey and provide us with really valuable feedback. App is easy to use and if you have an issue, support responds really quickly. Highly recommend (I use it on 3 different Shopify sites)

Had a few issues with the app which keept sending Spam emails with "e" in and then counts them as part of the monthly quota. Got support from Zigpoll who have gone above and beyond to fix this issue and help with other issues we didnt know we had.

We've been trying to get good customer feedback for two years and after running one survey via Zigpoll we literally got everything we needed within hours. Great customer support when needed as well via the app. Excited to continue running surveys with this app!

App works exactly as described, the setup is simple and straight forward, the documentation for setup is also very complete. Jason was super responsive when we reached out with a quick question. I'd recommend this app to anyone!

One of the hardest parts of marketing is attribution -- knowing if a channel works, and measuring exactly how well. Thanks to Zigpoll we're developing a better idea of how to find our target audience, and some of the survey answers surprise us. For example some customers link directly to places they heard about TRMNL, that we would have never learned about otherwise. Use Zigpoll to do better marketing!

Great app, and best support. Very easy to use and great results. We started getting feedback from first order after installation. The monthly recap of the answers it is an amazing feature! 100% recommended

The customer service is top-notch. Just had a 30 min video call with Jason who walked me through setting up a poll to meet our company's specific needs. It's exactly what we were looking for and didn't think we'd be able to achieve. The ability to drill down with this app is impressive and we are really looking forward to seeing what we can do with it. Super impressed.

Seems to be doing everything I need. Without much efforts. The team is super reactive, and takes (good) improvement suggestions into account very fast. We tested a number of survey tools and this is the one we will adopt!

I've been using this app for quite a while a now, and I have to say that it's definitely the best survey app out there for this price.
