Zigpoll Customer Surveys

This is working really well for our post checkout surveys. We primarily service one client with over 3,000 locations so this helps us differentiate between locations through the use of post-checkout questions. We had some trouble getting started with it, but customer service was readily available to help get us going and now we don't even have to think about it. 100% recommend.

Best app, minus the telemetry. But it's good!

Beyond superb!! The app is excellent. Customizable to exactly how you want it. The support is amazing. They respond to questions with screenshots and voice over explaining in detail how to do whatever it is that you inquired about.

I am really impressed with this app! There are so many options, it lets you design any type of survey you need. I am using it to get targeted feedback on new products. I'm sure I will think of another half dozen ways to use it to.

So far so good, just implemented it and it is working great. Getting a ton of engagement. Data is everything. Customer Service is amazing as well. It's a no brainer.

Great app! We've built a seamless post purchase survey in the effort to build a super strong customer avatar profile which will lead to us creating much better and more direct Facebook ads, in the aim to reduce ad spend long term. The team helped us within a couple emails solve an issue we were having and now this will just collect data on auto drive. Thanks so much
