Great customisation and make our returns process so much more professional. Great that we can use our own labels due to the fact that we have high insurance value needs. Responded to chat quickly.

I downloaded this app and I am testing the service and unable to generate return labels. I have reached out to support twice and no response. The first email said they will respond in a few hours. Okay fine 16 hours later still no response I send another email and no response. I will definitely be deleting from my store and going with another company.

I've been using this service for a few weeks and it's been an absolute game changer! The Clicksit team have been so helpful and responded quickly to any queries I had. Easy to set up everything and easy to use too. I had an issue with something that didn't worked as it should and the chat replied to me fast and Clicksit fixed the problem. The translation page is essential if you have customers from different countries.

We've only just started using this app to help with conversions and to help with our returns process as we grow our business. It's been a doddle so far even if we've only had to use it 3 times. Looking forward to getting to know the app better as business picks up.

I've been using Clicksit for some time now and so impressed with the features and ease of use. It made the return process easier and more professional. The Clicksit team are always listening to their customers and are constantly improving the app based on customer feedback. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a return portal!

Wasn't suitable for my business purposes. However, I'm quite alarmed about the amount of communications made in the short span it was installed, which is incredibly excessive and worrying. I received 5 emails and 1 phone call in the span of 20 minutes.

We have been using another Return app for a long time. Unlucky they started charging us $10 for an SSL certificate. Clicksit charges $0 and it's a completely FREE app that covers our needs. I would recommend it to everyone who is looking for an app that manages returns and labels. The best part is that they inject the code to Shopify pages so you don't have to worry about any coding and things. What I can suggest to Clicksit is that they also could add a piece of code that can embed the buttons "return" to the customer's dashboard so they will be able to create a return label or start returning process straight out from customer's account dashboard.
