Just started using ... really enjoy the functionality. Super easy to set up. Setup service has been super helpful. Looking forward to using this app with our store - sure it will help us with upsell conversion rate. If I had some constructive feedback, I'd love to see them make the cross-sell product pictures larger on the product page ... right now they are too small to be truly functional, but hopefully this is something they have in the works. Just started using upsell. We already have 3 upsells. Reached out to support for help and they were awesome! Went above and beyond to make sure my issue was taken care of. Give them a try. There are a lot of helpful videos as well.

Installed the OCU app on our store just over 30 days ago and saw a 10% increase in overall store volume. It continues to increase day by day as we learn more about the application and all its capable of. so far the app has created revenue we did not have. To get the sales, we discounted products, but it is a win over all. It's cash flow you would not have had otherwise and you have created happy customers. We are very close, but have not broke through to the second price tier which is not fairly balanced. $1000 in sales will result in an 11% commission (monthly fee plus 1%), vs. $9,999 in sales will be a 2% commission. a very wide window that may bite us if we can not quickly scale and hover just above the $1000 upsale range. I may revisit this review at that price point.

Great App, Great Service. The only real complaint is that the app can be a LITTLE buggy at times. Once you learn how to navigate them...its workable. But, i cant say enough about their service.

We started using OCU on our website and started getting upsells right away! The app is very easy to set up with an intuitive interface. And it's amazingly flexible with the ability to add offers at multiple points in the funnel, prioritize offers, change the look of the offers, turn elements of the offers on and off, etc. The app seems to work well on all the browsers we've tried, and the offer displays look slick and polished. We haven't needed their support very much but when we did, they were fast and responsive. Finally, the advice from Ezra is invaluable. Overall we highly recommend this app! It is much better than several of the others we've tried.
