horrible app, doesnt trigger at all no matter what i do. Spent 2 hours trying to configure this but wont work. Thought id ask support for help... support only works on the weekend

Customer support is lighting fast and so helpful! Went right in and got our upsell triggers working. If your serious about AOV this is the #1 app in shopify. A MUST HAVE!

We are experiencing customer frustration with this app. Some customers are getting double orders of the same product through this App that they claim they did not order. Please advise. [email protected]
