This is a great experience and my first time downloading an app for my shipping functionality to my Shopify store.

Very pleased with the speedy service rendered by Bianca. Asked Bianca to assist in removing the 17track text in my tracking page and it was done within 30 secs. The process is very simple and fast, giving me a great first impression and confidence in their customer service.

Super, super helpful customer service. This app is exactly what my business needed for customer tracking to be updated correctly and for my customers to be able to see different package delivery dates in one spot. We ship from multiple warehouses with many different delivery dates, and all other tracking apps I used previously did not organize this type of tracking like this one has. So happy!

Fantastic app, and a built in protection for shipments plus extras. responsive and polite customer services. You have my custom 17TRACK. After encountering an issue, the whole team, Tony, Odie and others have always been kind, responsive and always want to help. 5 stars from me for you all, thank you. (Been using 17 Track for a while now and there are always there to help and go that extra mile, thank you for the on going support).
