I am very satisfied with the 17TRACK app. It allows me to track all of my packages in one place, regardless of the carrier. Additionally, the integration with Shopify makes the tracking process even easier. I also appreciate the option to customize the tracking page with my branding. Customer support is excellent and has always responded quickly to my questions and requests. I would recommend this app to anyone in need of simple and efficient package tracking.

This app is amazing!!! very detailed tracking and affordable the support team is very quick and amazing. Highly recommend it compared to other tracking apps I used previously.

Absolutely love this app i recommend to use 17track. Customer service is excellent. They will guide you on installation and even they remove the logo for free on my website. Thanks

I am seriously surprised about the high review ratings this app is getting. First the good bit: Very good price compared with any competitors. Lot's of functionality. However the support is not amazing to say the least. When the wrong courier was assigned to many tracking numbers they told me to make sure use DB Schenker Sweden and not DB Schenker Austria as if I would fly over my parcels to Austria and then having it shipped by DB Schenker Austria to my customers in Sweden. I have to make sure using the right courier? Bit of a joke I would say! As if I do not know which courier we use. Not a very intelligent support I would say. Instead they could have told me straight away: sorry we do not have DB Schenker, but we are now requesting / working on that integration. I always run away if I get support like that. Support staff needs improvement. Their chat says during the weekend: we are online, so I am waiting for an answer, but they were not and so on. After 5 days many of our shipments are still not assigned a courier because their system can not. Therefore 3 star, 1 star would be not fair because this app is having potential, but is not working good with our couriers right now. I have to add: 'Plus sending my customers emails without me enabling it, is outrageous.' this was a commend from another reviewer and it happened to me as well upon installing this app. Unacceptable!

This app is wonderful. Very easy to use. It shows all the tracking information in one place, one dashboard. Perfect for the clients who need to track their order. This reduces the tasks for after sales service as the clients can directly follow their shipment status online. The technical support is very responsive and always ready to help. I give you a 5 stars!

This is an excellent app for any small business that ships their products. It really gives your online store a nice feature for customers. The installation is clean, the admin interface clear, intuitive and responsive. Support via email is quick and took care of all my questions. And the price for the app is very reasonable for what it offers.

Great service and customer support. Super easy and smooth integration to Shopify shop. Actually, there are other competitors on the market doing the same. And generally speaking, we have moved to 17Track from Aftership due to great tracking update lag on the latter service. Recently we have moved from using DHL Globalmail as our main carrier to PostNL. And then we've got delays of up to 7 days from the actual shipment day till the tracking appeared on our Shopify store provided by Aftership. This was a nightmare for our customer support service :) And now, with 17Track tracking service we all sleep well :) Actual tracking information appears emediately.
