The app has been very useful but what truly won me is the excellent customer service. I encountered some system issues at first and was rather disappointed, however, the team at 17track gave us great support. They were fast and ultimately that is the main reason why we'll continue to use the app. There are plenty of good apps, but not many companies with good customer service.

Extremely easy and straightforward to use app. Very happy with the way it easily integrates with my store and it’s an easy way of dealing with tracked deliveries all in one platform. The customer service team is also very helpful, 10/10 from me

We found Track17 about a year ago. It is an excellent addition to our customer support platform and is a fantastic service to track undelivered orders so we can be pro-active and alert customers to collect their orders, thereby avoiding expensive returns and resends. There was a slight glitch when NL post made some changes to their website, and again when Shopify forced an upgrade, but the team at Track 17 resolved the issues quickly and handled things professionally and effectively to get us back on board. Thank you!

Great APP, straightforward to install, gives you up to 50 shipments per month for free, and very detailed tracking. Best option for me and very good service.

Very useful, customers can check the logistics in real-time on the website. Customer service can also basically answer your questions in seconds, which is good. The only drawback is that the order email charges are a bit high.

This is Best app ever :) They customer service is awesome. I used black theme on my website and they help me change the color of that tracking app text. It is way too dark but now its white. I like overall this app very much. Messages that it send to my customer after shipping is nice service. App seems to work very well.

I use 17TRACK as my order tracker for while, it is really easy and convenient to use, with it, my customers could easily locate their parcels. In addition, it also helps me review the couriers and compare them with detailed information. Great APP.
