We have used this app to track our packages and orders. It has a user-friendly interface and can provide you with accurate information about your shipping order status. Compared to other tracking services we used previously, 17TRACK was the better one. It updates the shipping status very quickly and has great customer service. We are quite satisfied with their app.

Easy to operate, without affecting the speed of the store. The newly launched freight insurance function also protects the buyer and seller. recommend.

I chose 17Track because it supports large number of carriers, including the ones I struggled to find on other tools. The customer service is great - Erin is efficient, friendly and supportive. They've addressed my questions in a timely manner, and made it easy to integrate the app with my store. I recommend the app.

When importing data from the store, the application automatically sends delivery emails to customers. Also, it is not clear why it sends again. Support wrote "oh,i checked the data,these emails was sent , the delivered should not be sent" and disappeared from chat.

I used the app and helped my customers to track the orders and send order status change notifications. The app can be improved but 5 stars for the support.

Fantastic App. I have been looking for something like this for a long time. If you want to notify your customers about their package this is the app to do it. Also, the customer support is outstanding.

The best tracking app out there. The interface and the customer experience 17track gives is marvelous. I highly recommend it for people starting out and for experienced ecom owners as well. It's next to perfect.
