This is not a modern app at all! In the highly competitive e-commerce world we live in today, an app needs to be flexible and adaptable. This app feels very rigid and old-school. You can’t even add a simple welcome message to the tracking page. For an e-commerce business, that level of limitation is simply not acceptable.

Regarding your request: adding a welcome message directly to the tracking page is not currently a built-in feature. That said, we do have alternative solutions that can achieve a similar result, and we have already sent these to you by email. If none of them work for your business, we are happy to process a full refund — simply reply to that email and the refund will be initiated right away. Your feedback has also been shared with our product team as we evaluate how to better support welcome messages and page customization. We will keep you informed of any progress.
