I recommend a 1000%. This app unlocked a whole part of our workflow with the product swap feature, which we had to commit a lot of time and money to, if we had to do it on our own, because of the new Shopify policy. I also wanted to thank the dev team, which is very reactive in assisting us. They even created a feature for us in under 2 weeks.

We’ve seen great ROI from upsells triggered post-checkout. Account Editor easily paid for itself in the first week. Support was incredible—fast, detailed, and genuinely helpful!

Love how customizable AE is. From editing windows to shipping recalculations, it fits our flow perfectly.

It's a very intuitive application for the customers to use and the setup process was not very difficult even when we faced some issues setting up the order modification timeframe support team was quick to respond and help us out.

I was looking for a way to allow my customers to edit mistakes in their orders. That is when I came across Account Editor. It turned out to be exactly what I was looking for, and the upselling feature is a great bonus. The account editor team was really helpful whenever we faced any issues. I highly recommend this application to all merchants.
