Have been using ActiveCampaign since 2018 and we recently migrated from a WordPress website to Shopify. Seamless transition and integrates really well. Excellent tool!

We have been using AC for years before even connecting it to our Shopify store. they clearly have been listening to the marketplace as many new features were added along the way (lots of automations, landing pages tools, forms etc...all necessary tools to create content and capture emails to be pushed into lists/automations etc...). Customer service is always prompt and helpful, they also have regular webinars on their updates. It is much more than your entry level email tool (Mailchimp...). It works for us so we keep adding integrations with our online assets and do our best to automate everything that can be!

I used this for CRM, and it's pretty basic and easy to use. It has some pre-built automation templates for E-commerce stores.

Very simple to get up & running but very powerful. Integration of AC popups on to a Shopify site could perhaps be a little easier, but some good documentation is available to help. Overall - very impressed. Lots of time saves and lots of new tools in our toolbox.

Active Campaign's deep integration with Shopify ensures a high level of control over our marketing automation aimed at improving our abandoned cart rates, as well as upselling and crossselling. The learning curve is very low and the service is great. I definitely recommend this tool.

ActiveCampaign has many features that other newsletter programs do not. There is a learning curve though, which we are still working on, but so far, good results.

I've been using Active Campaign for almost two years and I'm very happy with it. I find it easy to use with the various features available. Once I capture a client through Shopify, there are numerous ways to communicate. I love the templates you can choose from for a professional looking email. The analytics are very thorough. I highly recommend it.

The product tagging automation doesn't work when addresses are imported into AC. I want to segment out my list based on product category, item, and topic. I set everything up in AC automation and still nothing. Very frustrating!

Great tool to use. However, the ui could use an update, because everything is organized in lists and it could have an improved appearance.

This app is very underdeveloped. Highly limited for example, there in no product personalization, very little ability to control or edit logic, no ability to control time of day of automation sends. You will end up spending a lot of month on other apps and developers to get anything more sophisticated than sending a welcome email. Support does not exist, you will be passed around the company from person to person being told no one can help. We have been wait 3 weeks and we still cant get any old shopify data. Be aware they are very good at marketing themselves but the product is very basic.

ActiveCampaign is perfect for us. Our sales team uses it to track, validate, and work with leads. We owe a large chunk of our yearly revenue to the ease of automations and pipelines that ActiveCampaign provides. We also use ActiveCampaign for our email marketing- we've found it to have all the features we need, at a price that's perfect for us.

Just wanted to thanks ActiveCampaign team for the great job they made. I did not know which app to use for emailing my customers, prospects and lead. I took contact with the customer service and they guide me throw to make good decision. In the beginning I wanted the cheapest plan but they told me that with the professional plan was better because I had an onboarding following that help me a lot to use the platform. Also I download the 7 emails series booklet which teach me the level of awareness to write the correct email to the correct person. All that was Great experience ! and make me to amortize the costs very quick. Take your time and learn with them you will not regret it.

I love how well this app integrates with my Shopify store. There are still some features I'd like, but it's pretty seamless out of the box and if there are issues, support is amazingly responsive.
