We use this app to integrate with our email marketing and CRM platform. The app has been wonderful with integrating the information we need to segment our lists and products sold as well as set up specific automations. Highly recommend Active Campaign if you are on Shopify.

Really struggling to integrate ActiveCampaign with two of my Shopify stores even with the assistance of a high level AC agency. Not getting assistance - could someone from ActiveCampaign please contact me as really want to start using what I have been paying for. I am on a Plus Plan and cannot get any assistance. At a price point that is difficult to beat, the ActiveCampaign app gives a ton of flexibility to execute all of the marketing strategies such as cart abandonment campaigns, seasonal reminders, and "similar products" messaging that can deliver results. It is a must for those that already use the ActiveCampaign software because of fits well within the rest of the AC ecosystem.

We love ActiveCampaign. The automations system is excellent, the platform in general is super easy to use, and we've been able to implement many drip campaigns that have been quite successful. Plus, the customer service is A+.

Being able to customize the messaging to our customers based on their activities within our store is priceless. Active campaign allows us to create extremely targeted campaigns and automations that are initiated by our customers activities and habits. We have also benefited greatly from the support both in chat and LIVE. Active campaign has allowed us to create a very intuitive and customer-centered marketing approach. The integration was simple and has made life much easier.

Great app, helps a lot with automation and keep our customers engaged with the company and the products we offer. Easy to track the stats about open and purchases coming from the email marketing.

Active Campaign is the best CRM system in my opinion. It fits our organization like no other competition. We have just launched our online store and we will be heavily utilizing AC with Shopify. Collecting emails through AC and utilizing automations is a joy!

The integration between Shopify and ActiveCampaign has some nice features for automation, upselling, and integration. Sadly, it fails when you try to access much of the data for segmenting. For example, there's no way to segment based off of customer shipping country.

I used Active Campaign to allow me to sleep at night. I was the only employee in our company and Active Campaign lets you use additional users for free! Now I can hire customer service help. Thank you!

I have used AC for 5 years and have spent lots of time talking with staff about tools and have learned so much! I am asking for new tools and they listen and sometimes implement them for me. great company

I have used Active Campaign for a few years now and it has helped my business tremendously through automating welcome sequences, tracking what my followers signed up for, and keeping me well-organized. Now that I'm using Shopify as well, I am able to track exactly how much my customers spent and what they bought, which allows me to better serve them and offer them other products and services they might find helpful.

We've been using this app for months. I love how it is able to sync all the transactions and abandonments data into their system. By setting up abandonment sequences in AC we've increased revenue by 5%, and we've added an additional 5% by segmenting our audience using other automations, which are one of AC's strong points.

ActiveCampaign has been an incredibly helpful tool. I've been using much more simplistic email hosting providers in the past, but AC's functionality has allowed me to explore and implement much more unique and impactful marketing strategies. I'd fully recommend them to any eCommerce owner.

I've been using ActiveCampaign in my email marketing for years in other businesses, and this integration makes marketing ecom stores so much more powerful. AC seems to continually improve their product so I know I have the tools to make sure my customers always get the most relevant emails for them. Highly recommended.
