Switching from MailChimp, I have experienced that ActiveCampaign has a lot more options for how to setup your automations/drip campaigns. For me, I love this because I can segment my audience as soon as they come in as a new subscriber and share information that they actually care to hear from me. Improves my subscriber retention and increase my sales! I also love that they offer free onboarding video calls to walk you through any questions that you may have. It was very helpful when learning how to properly setup the automations. Highly recommended!

This is a big step up in utility, complexity, granularity and (most importantly) ROI from our last email marketing tool. As sophisticated and robust as automations are the interface is reasonably intuitive, and support has been excellent with trouble-shooting. We've not gotten close to the limits of what AC can do, which strangely makes us wonder if what we have managed to map out is indeed the best, most efficient way to get to across any goal line. So, there may be a few redundancies in our automations, but they still work just fine so we've stopped being afraid to wade in and add actions and conditions.

This app has really helped enhance our ecommerce customer experience and has integrated well into our digital marketing strategy. I certainly recommend. I do wish additional customer data was passed onto ActiveCampaign when transactions are made - specifically shipping address information for contacts, as this would help with better segmentation for regional campaigns.

After lots of trials and errors, and trying many other apps, Active Campaign has been our last stop and we are very pleased with it. We like how it offers many solutions (pop up, mail automation, conversations) but what makes it really special is the customer service. They are kind and they are very quick to get back to you. They really try their best to offer solutions. We are really happy that we made the switch to Active Campaign.

ActiveCampaign has done a great job reorganizing our customer database, as well as putting together clean emails. We recently migrated from Omnisend to ActiveCampaign for the premium customer databasing, among other features recommended to us. The email building interface is a little more challenging to navigate than Omnisend, but there are a lot more customizable options. We enjoy the greater amount of customization and hope to make the most of it as we continue with the platform.

This app is fine. Does what it should do. Active Campaign is best. It sends all customer data to active campaign and from there we import it also to salesforce. So cannot go wrong with it.

Active campaign is outstanding. I've used various email service providers over the years but I must say Active Campaign has been the best in my opinion. The features to automate and grow sales via email are indispensable to our business. They're so much more than just email marketing and automation. Site tracking, CSM, personalization, A/B testing, site chat, e-commerce features and so much more. Active campaign has the tools you need to grow your business and revenue via email and more. Their customer service is always exceptional, fast and reliable. They are constantly updating their service with new added features and benefits. These guys truly care about their platform and their customers. No empty promises. Their actions speak volumes. I would highly, highly recommend Active Campaign if you're looking for an ESP. From my experience, these guys are the cream of the crop.

I am very impressed with Active Campaign and ALL of the integrations available. Shopify is just one of the many that we use for our company. I love how it allows us to see purchase data in the user profile and send targeted campaigns to our clients who have already purchased or still need to complete their purchase. I highly recommend AC for Marketing Automation.

I use Active Campaign to do the delivery of my products on Shopify—and it is freaking awesome. Never have issues with undelivered emails, my products are delivered as I want, the deep integration is AMAZING, and of course, ActiveCampaign excels in customer service. Cannot say enough good things about it.

Very bad. Abd. Cart is not working and customer service is very slow. I have also tried to contact an account with many contacts and they do respond quickly.

Pro: - variety of filter, segmentation, etc. for automatizations - very complete related to marketing automatization + CRM (the CRM I havent checked yet) - onboarding and other premium options to have 1 on 1 sessions and support Contra: - it would be nice to set basic colors, fonts, currency, language, etc. for all the templates (language because in my case it would be nice to have the interface in english, but emails in spanish), as this is not available it cost extra time - the onboarding could be a little more proactive from ActiveCampaign to give more suggestions, best practices etc. - the page is loading quite slow, I dont know if this is a problem right now (the last weeks) or since ever

I have used the newsletter and automations aspects of AC and can say I am thoroughly happy about the outcome. I haven't used the CRM yet, so can't review that. The only reason that this review is 4 stars and not 5 stars is that there was an issue (that actually manifested itself twice) between Shopify and AC with my newsletter sign-ups not receiving my automation. AC was very helpful with support as was Shopify, and the issue got sorted out quickly.

We use the software mainly to send out informative emails, haven't much done the automatic part yet. The reach of the emails is good (won't go to spam like in some platforms).

The deep data that I am able to get from my prospects and customers is amazing! It's an added bonus that I can use ActiveCampaign as a CRM as well.

Slightly behind some of the other ESP's out there, but support has always been amazing & the pipeline to improve and move forward is there. We've been happy with the platform overall
