The price is fair for the amount of money you avoid losing on Shippings with errors. They have detailed video documentation which helps to solve the problems very fast, and the best thing is the support (Thanks Osmand) I don't know how they do it but the answers are very fast and with precise instructions.

The pricing structure based on overall order volume doesn't make sense. Uninstalling it now.

The app simply does not work. I have two main things set which are to make sure customers include a house number and to not allow a address to be over 40 characters. This app is still charging me money and is not doing these things.

Their support team has always gone above and beyond expectations when diagnosing unexpected issues that and helping our team understand how to use their product most effectively. My one wishlist feature would be some sort of A/B testing that would allow us to measure the impact of address validation on checkout.

There is a bug in its notification system, and as sellers, we cannot receive notifications when there is an order with the wrong address - even if we have set it up accordingly. We have contacted the developer twice about this issue. Each time we contacted them, we received the notification email normally, but after a day or two, we no longer received the notification email. We use an ERP system to process orders and it is important for us to be notified of address errors. I hope this review helps you guys improve your notification system.

The app processes shipping addresses in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States They can only process the addresses of these countries, when I asked for a warning to be added for non-latin letters due to the ERP system, my request was not fulfilled.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. The non-latin character rule works out of the box, but as you said, only for countries we cover. Right now, we do a few sequential checks: 1) is the order in a country we cover? 2) if yes, does it pass all the validation rules (ie. latin characters, length)? , 3) if yes, is it a valid address according to the major shipping carriers? It may be a bit of work to reverse the sequence of actions #1 and #2, but could be possible. I will pass this request along to our dev team. The other option is if you are a Shopify Plus merchant. If you are, then we can easily process address rules for any addresses during checkout because the our Address Validator app can run checks as the user keys in the address. Without Shopify Plus, we have to send the order ID to the Address Validator app backend so it can fetch info from the Shopify API and then the address goes through a series of checks as explained above. This is a Shopify limitation, not something we implemented. Shopify Plus merchants get a lot more flexibility in the checkout compared to the other Shopify merchants. The app works great and customer support is efficient. We don't have that many "address" problems, but when we do the app works fine!

Good functionality and customer support. The app stops customers long enough to have them review their shipping address which saves our customer service team a mountain of work adjusting orders.

We've had this app installed for not even week and we are already extremely impressed. Works exactly the way it says it does. We emailed customer service with a few requests for changes to the app and they replied the same day and made all of the requested changes. Excellent service . Highly recommend!
