Osmand is a great trouble shooter! I love how Clearer.io does customer service. Its wonderful to connect to a human and resolve things in minutes verses the back and forth it can take with chat. Keep it up!

The app automatically flags incomplete or incorrect addresses during checkout, prompting customers to correct them. This proactive approach has reduced the number of failed deliveries and returned packages.

Great support and solid app

App has worked great for us. Support has been outstanding. We had an issue with some malicious code that we thought was related to this app, but they helped us determine exactly which other code was causing the problem. Don't think I have ever had another app company help us out when it wasn't really their problem. Would definetly recommend!

While Address Validator Plus offers robust features for address validation, it's important to note that certain functionalities, such as validating addresses during the checkout process, may require a Shopify Plus plan due to Shopify's platform limitations

So far looks great, but had to write a support ticket as under the select country prompt it doesn't allow my customers to use anything but USA I ship internationally and need this fixed or to find a different tool. But at this point, if you ship internationally, i'd not recommend this tool

When creating a custom postal code validation rule, it lets you select language instead of country, even though the dropdown label says "Select Country". EDIT: the dev team were quick to fix the issue so we're giving 4 stars now.

Works well with Shopify's 1-page checkout. Customizable to fit your store and if you have any issues, support has been great so far. Shout out to Osmand for helping us with a recent address issue!

Support is fantastic. I had an issue I needed to be resolved promptly. Osmand from support E-mailed and guided me towards a solution within 5 minutes. Quite impressive.

Osmand is very helpful and quick to resolve any questions, providing easy directions for us to follow on updates we may need - with the ever changing technology, APPS, etc - we find there is always updates we might not realize and we find there is a quick resolution we are able to implement --

So far so good, seems to help with address correction saving time and may encourage customers to select the correct shipping option. I'd love to see this app provide a correct cut and paste into a shipping label printer with capitalization - here in New Zealand we have to manually edit each label
