AdRoll can really do some heavy lifting for your campaign. However, sometimes you might be unsure about a few things, so I reached out for help and within minutes I was connected to Sannidhi. He was very knowledgeable and also very supportive to answer my questions. Exchanges of the screenshots were also very helpful. For me it's extremely important to have that quick and accurate customer service. Saying that, it's also very rare to find it with other companies. That's why Adroll deserves a 5 stars rating.

Above and beyond customer service. They not only help you when you need a question but are give you recommendations and tips on how to optimize and enhance your ads. Had a great experience with Shams Z (one of their platform specialists) who stuck around for 45 minutes on live chat to help me optimize one of my current campaigns. Clear cut and fast instructions as well as good responsiveness. Highly recommend this app for Shopify

The dashboard is easy to navigate and there are lots of helpful blogs on adroll website about creating ads etc. The customer service is absolutely lightning fast and I always have a reply instantly. Manoj has been especially helpful today and has given me lots of great advice on my retargeting campaigns.
