AdRoll has completely transformed how we reach and convert our customers. The platform makes it incredibly easy to run brand awareness and retargeting campaigns across multiple channels, display, native, mobile, video, and even CTV all from one place. The reporting and analytics tools are top-notch too, they make it simple to track performance, measure ROAS, and understand cross-channel impact. It’s clear that AdRoll’s decade of data and programmatic expertise really pays off.

Adroll is essentially the go option for all your Ads optimization. It caters for all the advertising aspects from Facebook, Twitter or YouTube. I love their support as they will customize your Ads to help you run unique ad sets and also try different assets to help you reach your audience. I totally recommend for anyone from beginner to novice.

Easy-to-use, very effective setup of marketing-funnel stages and audience segmentation. Reporting is pretty decent. Integration with shopify is seamless. We found it was easy to create new creatives using their templates, especially for dynamic product ads. Much easier to manage out-of-the-box than google shopping ads, and it feels like you have more granular control here than other platforms that force you to use more AI-guided algorithms.

Super easy to implement and add a new layer of retargeting outside of other channels. Love the support the team provides. Unlike Google Ad's support team, they actually give you solid advice on methods to improve your retargeting. Highly recommend this as a staple for any ecommerce site.

Works well to run Meta ads. The campaign builder is pretty straight forward. Also, If you happen to also use Klaviyo, there's a connector that allows you to synch your Klaviyo audiences for easy custom targeting. Support works quick to resolve issues, too.
