We have been using Adroll for 18 months now for all of our retargeting and prospecting advertising and it has enabled us to have continued revenue growth month on month. The recent addition of an epic email marketing platform has made this APP invaluable to our business. The support is also second to none!

We've worked with AdRoll for several years now and recently transitioned to Shopify Plus. The integration was simple and seamless as it plug straight into Shopify. Our account manager is a blessing! She is extremely helpful in helping us optimize performance. We currently use AdRoll to run both our retargeting and brand awareness display ads and are seeing a great return. Their dashboard is so easy to use! My favourite feature is the campaign attribution dashboard which shows exactly what impact AdRoll has on every customer pathway.

Great service: Adroll helped us achieve >10 ROAS. Very quick to set up and get campaigns going: The automated HTML5 creatives that could have taken a long time/resources to create in house were ready in seconds. Same with tracking. It really removed all the trouble you normally go through setting up display ads campaigns. Amazing client service/support as well - our account manager Serena has been extremely helpful and proactive providing us all the information we need to drive business growth. Ideal for retailers with low display advertising/creative resources.

Great app to get display ads running at a competitive price. Wes R. is a rep that brings experience and recommendations just like the bigger display ad agencies. Running a smaller budget, doesn't keep you from getting the best attention from Wes either. He is always brining new ideas to improve performance.

We have had two amazing Account Managers, Randi & Wes, who have helped us with strategies, goals we want to accomplish, and support. The platform has been very easy to use with the help of our Account Managers. The shortage of our company staff to use all the tools of the platform would be the only negative. We are getting new leads, that we are wanting to accomplish, and our average order value has gone up.

Adroll helps move product and complete the funnel. It's an absolutely crucial part of our business. They have a great support team that helps you with everything you need and we couldn't be more grateful to be working with them. The biggest problems I've had so far are their frequent automated requests to review the quality of their services. Hopefully this review will cause a change with that down the line. They usually listen quite well.

Excellent product and app! Been using adroll for a long time, and very shortly after installing and setting it up ( which was a breeze! ) we started to see ROAS of 10x - highly recommend. The service is really what I attribute the 5 stars here too. I was able to interact with 4 AdRoll employees, and each individual made my experience so pleasant. Will set our brand up and I had regular check-in calls with him. He's so helpful and great to chat with. Really bummed that our calls have come to an end! I was also really impressed how well the design team put together our ads. I gave minimal input and they looked exactly how I wanted them too, if not better! I can't help but think the 1 stars are due to inexperienced marketers who are not familiar with ad platforms. Thanks AdRoll!

AdRoll is a great marketing app to integrate with Shopify! ( I have tried many! ) It was very easy to set up and use. Their customer service is excellent! A quick shout out to Gary who went above and beyond to help me with my target audience and had some very enlightening suggestions about the changes to make so that all my campaigns run to get the max out of my budget and get the best results!
