Worst service and worst app. The different fees for COD based on order price does not work. COD option vanishes altogether.

Not Able to set purchase limit amount for the product. After setting the min & max amount settings it also not work

Not Working for Us, Tried a few methods mentioned in other Reviews but nothing is working for us, actually after activation of this app, COD option all together not coming on Check-out page. Tried Deactivation of Pre-Paid payment gateway but not working for us!

Hello ! I have installed COD on my checkout page and have kept every setting to default but yet, when i enter the address and pin code/postal code, the COD option vanishes from the page. This has been happening constantly. Please help !
Hi! This may happen when rates created on the Advanced Cash on Delivery app didn't properly register with the system. A possible fix for this would be to: 1. Open the Advanced Cash on Delivery app. 2. Choose “No extra fee associated with Cash on Delivery” option and click on “Save”. 3. Choose “Create new Cash on Delivery shipping rates” and click on “Save”. Everytime someone places 3 product order it shows addredd issue. This happens only for 3 produts in cart

Can not edit preferences. The app isn't even opening

Highly Usable App ! Keeps crashing and does not even open. How do I do settings when the app doesnt even open? Please setup a Meeting to sort this issue. I have 2 stores

Keeps Crashing. Not even once I've been able to access this app. Every single time I click on it. It goes in to a vicious cycle reloading and crashing.

Hi, there! If the COD payment method isn't showing up at checkout, this can sometimes occur when both Advanced Cash on Delivery and other payment methods are active at the same time. To resolve this, please ensure that the shipping rates you set up with the app are also available under 'Settings > Shipping and delivery". I have Installed the app, now i am not able to collect COD on my website. I am also not able to remove this app from my payment dashboard.

this app is great to use & I'm using it from last 2 years, but currently I was facing issues with this app. it was not working at all. it doesn't display at shipping calculation on checkout page even we activate it as per document. now after taking their shopify support help as mentioned in app and earlier respond of reviews. they fixed the issue in a very quick time & I'm able to have this app again working for me.

Hello Team, Is it possible to collect a partial payment for COD Orders? and the balance customers can pay at the time of delivery. This will help a lot in eliminating fake orders.

At this time, it is not possible to charge merchants a partial payment at the time the order is placed with them also choosing cash on delivery as a payment option. No longer working. Do not install. It used to work with Pincodes given by courier services but it is no longer working now.
