We had a look at your account and can see that your store was migrated to the new app version around September, but we don’t see any recent support tickets from you describing the problems you’re running into. We’d really like to investigate this properly - whether the issues started right after that migration or after a more recent update. Could you please reach out to us with a few details? Once we understand exactly what’s going wrong, we’ll do our best to fix it or suggest a clear workaround.
