We have been using this for a long time (since when we were with a Magento store). Always had a quick and excellent support. And the extension is always being improved by the team. Our store would not operate without it.

Useless. Not a damn thing works

Customer service from this team is second to none. We have been using this app since 2020 when we started our business for our products that have multiple variant options and complex rules. At the time we didn't plan to use it long term as it confused some customers when they went to their cart, but with the new update and a bit of integration guidance from the team, it works SEAMLESSLY. The team have always been very responsive despite being in a different time zone and have a solution to any query. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a user friendly option to create product variants and upselling options.

for the past 4 years i've been using the Squarespace platform and it worked. But I read that Shopify is better for businesses that specifically sell products and I dove into researching the capabilities of Shopify. Honestly, Shopify wasn't that great until I discovered the APO Product Options app which changed the game for me. So much more customizable options for creating an easier experience for the customer. My favorite feature so far is the way I can create and edit each specific option in one place and it integrates through ALL of the selected products. That alone has saved me so much time. In Squarespace, I was going through every product one by one if I needed to make a change in the options. I'm still very new to the capabilities of Shopify and the additional apps you can get. But APO Product options is the singular app that made me not regret my decision to migrate to Shopify. The customer service is just as great! Quick, responsive and very helpful with trouble shooting, guiding and explaining details.

So many issues since the update.
Thank you for your feedback, and we are really sorry to hear you’ve been experiencing issues. We had a look at your account and can see that your store was migrated to the new app version around September, but we don’t see any recent support tickets from you describing the problems you’re running into. We’d really like to investigate this properly - whether the issues started right after that migration or after a more recent update. Could you please reach out to us with a few details? Once we understand exactly what’s going wrong, we’ll do our best to fix it or suggest a clear workaround.

Highest recommendation for this product and its support staff. Our Shopify stores have unusual and complex needs for combining products--far more complex than "what four cookies do you want in your custom box?" APO Product Options is the only app we found that could deliver on the complicated rules necessary for some of our products. Best of all, the support team is extremely responsive to questions and requests. They walked me through every step of setting up options and rules. Whenever we needed tweaks or fixes, they would deliver by next business day, and they would check back to make sure everything was right. I can't say enough good things about this app.
