This app has been perfect for our shop. We have been able to alter it to meet our needs exactly, and the support has been incredible! They were quick and accurate.

I love this APP!! And their team is SO fast to help! I'm using this app on 2 different accounts and I love it! They helped me to copy all my templates from my first account to the second one, it saved me sooo much time! And their level of personnalisation is exactly what I need! I can't find it anywhere else! Thanks you so much, MageWorx, for developing this App!

8/6/19 - This application was working great up until a week ago. After submitting a help ticket, it took over a day to get a reply. Each email reply would take them the next day to reply and the issue is still not resolved even though we provided access to review our Apps and Orders. The "Upload" feature is not passing the file through to our Orders consistently. We can see the file path through the Shopify phone app, but nothing on the web version (we've tried multiple browsers from different PC's). Their troubleshooting effort is lacking. I get that it's probably people from overseas, but it's disappointing. Time to find another solution. 3/26/18 - After testing several different Apps, Advanced Product Options is the one we stuck to and here is why: 1. It is compatible on mobile devices (both iOS and Android). We ran into issues with other Apps in which the File Upload feature was not compatible. 2. It has the Calendar option. If you need a date in your options, this App has it. 3. It allows for Conditions on options. If you want to create options based on a previous option selected, this is a great App. 4. The pricing is reasonable. Most Apps fall into this price range, but for the features it provides as well as the support you get, it's worth it. Hopefully this info helps in your selection process. There are a ton of great Apps out there, but you definitely need to test it out to make sure it fits your needs.

I have installed the Advanced Product Options app, and is awesome. I had a few issues with the installation and setup but the support team (Vitali) was very helpful. Higly recommended!

The support team was very responsive and helpful. I had some issues, but they provided guidance and were very responsive in making custom adjustments for my Shopify store. Their staff is dedicated and will make sure you have what you need in order to succeed. Highly recommended!

Just brilliant. Have a custom theme and all other apps could not work in the way I needed it to. Vitali and the guys at Mageworx had the app installed and fully functioning and matched into my theme layout just as I required......all in less than 24 hours. Depending on your site template, there may be a little integration needed that the team at MageWorx has been awesome at helping with. Definitely recommend!

Advanced Product Options app is extremely simple to use. The staff was more than willing to help install the app, even on their day off. They have an emergency department that responded and resolved all my issues in less than 24 hours. If there was a customization I needed help with, they were very accommodating and walked me through each step or provided useful resources on their website. Extremely satisfied with Mageworx and will be a customer for a long time! If you need an app to add unlimited number of variants, make sure you check them out! I personally love their swatches feature :)

I'm new to shopify, so initially I could not figure out how to get this app working right. (User error on my part) I emailed their tech support team Sunday afternoon and got a response almost immediately. I didn't respond right away, but once I granted them access they had my app running perfectly in less than an hour. The app has ton of functionality too, and does exactly what I needed!

Excellent app and superior customer service. We use Out of the Sandbox Turbo theme and some apps seem to have issues with this theme. This app is smooth as butter. And the support is top notch and fast. Even through several theme updates with Turbo, they are great about quickly re-customizing my updated theme with their code. Thanks guys!!! While the app seems to work OK - their install was one disaster after another. Incomplete install, multiple reminders to fix, broken cart, broken product pages and our cart and products are still broken. Have gone elsewhere for a fix and complete install

I've only recently installed the app, but so far the support team have been great, quick to respond and to make the install and then the cosmetic changes that I needed. So far they've exceeded my expectations.
