Tried for few weeks and had a little problem with it. I send a msg to the support at 9:00AM and in less than one hour they fixed it personally for my shop. Worth every penny that I pay every month for it. Thanks for the good service

Installation instructions were pretty easy I don't have a lot of experience with html code, I ran into a small issue at the very end of the instructions. I emailed tech support and they were awesome they logged in and fixed the last 2 lines of code for me. Very professional and very fast. The only thing I would have liked is a chat window to talk to to someone rather than email.

I have gone through a few apps to find one that would give me unlimited variants AND also have radio buttons that were rectangle. I finally hired a developer and he found Advanced Product Options for me and it has worked PERFECTLY. I love the way the way my site's product page looks like and is exactly what I wanted! We needed a tweak to be made and Mageworx was fast and responsive. Very happy with this app!!

This app i perfect for us! It gives me all the features that are missing in Shopify. We sell products with many options/variants. "Advanced Product Options" makes it really easy to organize, sort, and edit/modify my options afterwards. This app will save us a lot of work! Now my page looks way more organized and professional. I do not understand coding - so i am super happy for the help I got from the support team. All my issues and questions was ansverd within a very short time. They even managed to customize the app and features to my specific needs. Thank you very much!

Buyer beware!!! Although the support has been helpful (to a point), I'm now left waiting of major bugs to be fixed and cannot sell on my store. The app will not remove variants from the cart meaning if a customer removes am item from their cart, the options still remain and cannot be removed. This app does not play nice with Shopify and I'll be asking for a full refund.

Great experience with the support team. Mageworx team is highly skilled team that backs their app. Due to the custom template I used to install this app, there are several problems during installation, mageworx gave us instant support whenever we needed it.

The only product I've found, that offers pricing, per option, BASED ON PREVIOUS OPTIONS THE SHOPPER SELECTS ! That's exactly what I needed!

Slightly strange review here as unfortunately after trialing Advanced Product Options we won't be continuing with it. The reason for this is we need an options tool that can match options to SKU's and also update individual costs not just add on a cost or percentage to a base product. I'm still giving Mageworx 4 stars as their customer service has been fantastic. I'm sure for many businesses this App would work perfectly, but for us we need to maintain genuine variants with SKUs and the ability to select these products via options.

This is the perfect solution for adding custom product options! Of course I wanted to try the free trial first to make sure it suited my needs. Though, I have a very customized site and couldn't get it to work quite right. So the team at mageworx.com installed it for free and even helped me with a few alterations. I HIGHLY recommend them! By far the best experience I've ever had (over lots of years) working with a Shopify app developer!

The MageWorx Support Team is learning to more responsive and they are improving their App. There is still a long way to go, but they prove that they are getting better and they are willing to get better at what they do. I will give them a 5-Star when customer purchases reach $100,000 via their system. That is the only true test. --------------Update 07FEB2017------------------------------------------------- The app promises a lot, but falls short. We have been struggle install the app for 3 months. Used the Magento version and it works fine. But the Shopify version is clunky, product option images disappear randomly, it does not work well with other apps as if it was the only app you would get, and the support team does little to help. Their only answer is to ignore requests and push back saying until the next release, which never comes. Other apps do a better job to ensure that their app succeeded and impresses the buyer of the app. Even when asked to help for money, they seem indifferent to even help for money. The self installation is very dangerous. My recommendation to you is to go to another app in order to avoid all the problems, indifferent uncaring support team, and save your time. Even when their product fails, they still charge you. Just FYI.
