This app has been absolutely fantastic! The customer service is outstanding and they typically respond within just a few minutes, which is incredibly impressive. I recently had a very complex task to complete for our website, and their support team was incredibly helpful in guiding me to the right resources and showing me exactly where to get started. Their quick response time and knowledgeable assistance made what could have been a frustrating experience smooth and straightforward. Highly recommend!

We’ve been using the APO Product Options app on our Shopify store, and when it came time to make some changes, I was a bit stuck since our original developer was no longer with the company. Not knowing how everything had been set up, I reached out to the support team for help. The team—and especially Maggie—were fantastic. She responded quickly, answered all my questions, and guided me through the process. Over the course of the week, I not only got the updates I needed but also gained a much better understanding of how the app works, which gave me the confidence to manage it myself going forward. Overall, it’s been an excellent and rewarding experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this app to anyone

Creating add-ons to products is a surprisingly difficult topic and this is the best app I've found that can actually meet my requirements. Support team have been excellent. Always super responsive and helpful at coming up with solutions. Highly recommend this app.

If you're looking to track inventory for each option separately (e.g., size and color combinations), this is not the solution.

We completely understand how important inventory tracking per option can be for many merchants, and it’s a feature we’ve been carefully exploring due to its technical complexity and the stability requirements involved. That said, we did want to gently clarify that this functionality has never been advertised or listed as part of our app's features. We try to be as transparent as possible about what the app currently offers, precisely to avoid such disappointments. We fully respect your opinion and your right to share it - we just feel a bit sad to receive a 1-star review for something the app doesn’t promise or claim to do. LOOK NO MORE!!!! After trying almost every, and I mean every, add-on app for product variants and options, my search is finally over. This is it! This app is very well balanced with deep functions and very intuitive settings. The in app's customization is very nice. However, if you're like me and really want to make it look like custom code, the CSS responds very well and Tanya and the support team have been super fast & amazing at making my vision come to life! Edit*** Just keeps getting better. With all the upgrades/Updates and the amazing support there is no reason to use any other app for product options!!!!!
