why do my listing get duplicated by your app, it is messing up my inventory and shop
Hi, We’re really sorry to hear about the issues you experienced - that’s definitely not the kind of experience we want for our merchants 🙏 The behavior you mentioned comes from our older mode, which worked this way only because, at the time, Shopify didn’t provide any native way for apps to add paid product options to checkout. Fortunately, this is no longer needed. We’ve recently introduced a new option - CTA Mode (powered by Shopify native Cart Transform API) - which works completely differently and avoids creating any cloned products or extra variants. More benefits of the new CTA mode: - Full support for Shopify discount codes, automatic promotions and markets - Faster storefront performance and cleaner order data - Better compatibility with 3rd-party apps If you reach out, we’ll happily help switch your store to CTA mode and ensure everything runs smoothly. Angie did an amazing job of making sure the things I couldn't do on this app with behind the scene coding was done to her standard. I'm totally impressed with the customer service she provided without hesitation and with out extra cost. Just a quick chat w her and she took over from there and fixed the small issue I had in minutes and then followed up to make sure it was right. I tried another app prior to this that was a competitor because Chat GPt recommended it but had to delete the app and tried APO Product Options. They were super quick to lend a hand and I had my page up and functional in no time.

Excellent app for my store jsguitarsystems.shop doing product variations. Works better than anything else I have tried, and support has been great!
Fantastic app, we've been using it since 2020. The integration with Shopify themes is smooth. Any nuances between shopfront aesthetics, user interface, and app setup are all handled quickly and seamlessly by the team at APO. Customer service is second to none; they've always had the answers to my queries (and always replied quickly). Highly recommend.

A lot of really good functionality has been added recently. We have been using for 3 years as it was the only app which met our requirements. Its not always been perfect but support is brilliant and some really good new additions to start using. Update shortly after the new version Really quite frustrated with this whole situation. New version released and we had access to calculations, the support team even helped me set up formulas. Only just realised they are not working, and now this feature has been stripped from my plan and added to a plan that is double to rate. I wasnt even informed about this... its taken a live customer to point this out, wow how professional. There have been so many bugs where i have had to re-do 100's of product rules and i cant prove that its happened or re-create it so i simply have to re do it all. Their customer service are quick to respond but this renmoval of functionality and breaking the logic on my live website without telling me is the last straw

So far everything is great. The app wasn't working quite smoothly, but the support team was able to fix my issues immediately (which ended being an issue with my Shopify theme). I am currently learning and testing it out, and the amount of options and customization I can have for my listings has been amazing so far. I am so excited to go live with these new options this service has provided me. So far so good, definitely recommend. I sell custom jewelry, and I can already see that things will run so smoothly.

App has some limitations, but the support is great! Even though support can only be through email, they are helpful and quick to respond
