This RetargetApp was super easy to use and works well with our Facebook Ad. Definitely worth using for retargeting customers who visit here and there and to remind them of your store! https://thepineappleeverything.com/

it screwed up my ad page, now i cant place ads unless I buy more ad managers...wtf!!! I deleted the app and tried to remove its partnership from my page and it wont let me. I even deleted my page, but its still on my manager. Someone please tell me how to delete this app from my ads manager!!! I'm freaking out!!!!

I used the retarget app and now i am not the admin of my business page. I have no idea how to get this back. I even deactivated the app. Anyone else have this problem. Garbage app dont download. Im upset about thsi!!
Hello! Alex here, from RetargetApp. There appears to be a certain misunderstanding regarding the way our app works and I will try my best to clear it up. RetargetApp doesn't - and cannot - have Admin access to any of your own Facebook pages, nor we can in any way remove any existing admins from Facebook pages. Aggressive and poor customer support. App does not work, charges even on Trial Period, steals products and data from your Shopify store. They try to force you NOT TO TOUCH YOUR FACEBOOK ADS account as per their Terms of Service, which is illegal in the US. Our legal department is taking care of this shady company. Would not recommend this app to any serious company or person.

The best facebook retargeting app! Retargetapp generated 30% of my total revenue! My ROAS is about 5,000%. Amazing!

I don't know why other gave 1 star only For me, this is the best retargeting app. Creating business manager for fb can give me a transparent result. Instead of relying on the figures of their old version - there's no verification of figures. With new version, we can verify the result thru facebook ads manager report. Actually, I'm requesting them to update my other shopify stores to new version. New dashboard and setup are perfect!

They changed their entire app and it is now horrible! It's way to complicated to setup and requires a monthly fee now. Do not download this, there are way better re-targeting apps out there!

Alex here, from RetargetApp. I would like to say that we appreciate your continued business with RetargetApp. As you may know, RetargetApp receives its data directly from Facebook, so, all the stats you see on the app dashboard are displayed just the way they were tracked by Facebook Pixel. I installed this app a little over three weeks ago and have seen $1,400 in sales however when I plug in the discount code I use for this specific app it tells me it generated 44 orders (through the retarget app) but I only see 20 some orders with the code (my own reports). I did that on purpose to see if the numbers were equal to the reports but I am overall happy and have seen a high influx of orders. I just wish the reports were easier look at.
