Awesome app that you set it and forget it, and it keeps making you money. Looking forward to future updates that hopefully allow more control over campaigns (i.e. A/B testing messages, offers, etc.) but in the meantime making a 12x return on money spent on a campaign is pretty good!

Must have app for all online retailers who customer is on Facebook. Pavlo is quick to respond to any questions or concerns. This is the best retargeting app out there, and we have tried several. Don't hesitate... install Retargetapp NOW! :-) You will be glad you did!

Great app - easy to setup and you can just leave it running. Although it is fairly limited with regard to editing the campaign settings (e.g. targeting location).

ok, within 1 week running this app + fb ads : 891 - Ad Views 32 - Product Views 6 - Added to Cart 5 - Purchased Profit $366.99 Not BAD :)))

Just tried to install, but product images display half cut-off. That is a show stopper. Would have given 5 stars otherwise.

$223 of additional revenue in the first week. Installed in minutes. This is my type of app. I will stop using adroll moving forward and work solely with Retargetapp. :)

-a quote from setting up this app- "For the campaign to start, your store must have 500+ website visitors/weekly. Otherwise, Facebook won’t be able to build your target audience." This means that you need a flow of organic traffic in order for facebook to "profile" similar customers and "retarget" them on facebook to visit your website. If a new business has 500 organic customers weekly, then you certainly don't need to give you (retargetapp) 10% above and beyond your advertising dollars. The 5 STAR reviews are most likely fake... if you received an email advertising this app, it is because shopify retains 30% of (retargetapps) 10% that they charge you in perpetuity, and therefor both companies interest's are not in lending a helping hand, but rather to reach in your pockets when you are desperate for answers and advice and fill their own.

Is this a real product? I am having problems setting it up, cannot find a website, cannot seem to find any clear information regards pricing and how many visitors you need to have (saw one person who had a problem, as they were a small business starting up and had less than 500 view per day) This is also me, so am curious as to why there is a distinct lack of information about this app and it's creater/company. Have emailed for help, even replied to the pop up message - no reply.

Great idea.Easy to use. Excellent customer service! It is refreshing to have actually someone on the line that knows what they are doing and help you in real time :)))) Will use that app for a long time since it is extremely practical and actually brings "lost" visitors back to your store. Best to you kind people from RetargetApp customer service :)

Great app and Pavel is quick to respond to questions or concerns. When we started the app we saw a large jump in traffic + sales. Well worth the money.

Really amazing app. Pavlo gives fast and competent customer service and advice. We just finished our first campaign spending $50 to make $653 in sales. That's 1206% return of advertising spent. We just launched our second campaign with double the advertising spent and are very excited about the potential of this app. Thanks Pavlo and Retargetapp!
