RetargetApp is an easy solution for any store that wants to increase sales! It helps us a lot and we do not spend much time on setting targeted ads one by one. Moreover, this is a great tool for those who is not proficient with this type of marketing. We have been using it for 4 months+ and plan on using it for much longer. This app is pretty great and the support is great too. In the last 2 months I've spent $28 and brought in $531. I'm going to try raising my daily budget to see what happens. I was tempted to move my FB retargeting over to AdRoll, but I'm sticking with RetargetApp for now.

Unfortunately, we had a bad experience using Retarget app recently for the first time. When we first went to set up Retarget app and our first campaign, the preview feature showed our product images in the ad would be badly cropped. Before running the ad, we reached out to Retarget app to inquire as to whether the app could properly accommodate our rectangular images, and we provided them with the exact image sizes. We were assured by a member of the Retarget app team that the app could absolutely handled our images without strange cropping -- and told us the preview wasn't an indication of how the ads would look. So we started the campaign, and unfortunately, the ads did look severely cropped in all the wrong ways. As soon as we saw the first faulty retarget app ad, we stopped the campaign and brought the issue to the attention of the Retarget app team. After first assuring us that the app could handle rectangular images, the same team member changed his tune and said the images had to be square in order for them not to be cropped. Long story short, since the ads were not in the least way presentable, we told the Retarget team that we couldn't use their app until they were able to fix the program to accommodate multiple image sizes (as many of their competitors do), and requested a full refund for our first campaign. Here's the real rub in this situation: they refused to refund us the full amount! Even after reminding them that they assured us in writing that our pictures would be fine in the real ads, they still refused the refund. We have had to take the issue up with our credit card company, which is extremely disappointing.

I love the retargeting concept - people have already seen your product so only click on your ad with genuine purchase intent, not just out of curiosity. It makes sense this results in great ROI. Here's my figures so far - very happy! 267 Product views 9 sales Revenue $1080.46 Total spent $43.25 Profit $1037.21

Nice app, easy integration and setup. Great support. I do not have the numbers yet to make this a viable option but as soon as I do I am back to get my ads re-enabled again. Keep up the good work. Now if you could only figure out how to drive more organic traffic to my site.... :)

Retargeting can take some time to reap the rewards. After about 3 weeks I started to see some user traction and made 2 sales in week 5 and 6. I spent $72 and got back $569 dollars. This is an almost 800% ROI. Now after 6 months they have generated a 10x ROI. WOW, WOW, WOW. I will definitely keep Retargetapp running and increase my budget spend.

The profit-to-spend ratio on my site www.superfanstyle.com is really high with this app. Use it in tandem with social media ads to get in front of your customers multiple times and recoup that abandoned cart or hook that on-the-fence customer.

This app seems great so far, and the idea and execution is really nice. Only problem with it I have is that I think it measured some things wrong, which brings me to the real problem, which is that the analytics, stats etc are very limited.

To be honest, we saw the best return on this app, out of all installed on the website. But if you also consider how easy it is to set up: the time & money you didn't spend to make it work, it's an absolute treasure of an app!! One thing we'd love to see in the future - some sort of past campaigns results/reports available. Outstanding customer services too! Good luck guys!
