This team has been wonderful helping us craft custom audiences and multiple sets of ad campaigns that are performing very well! They are very responsive. We have ongoing email communication, as well as conference calls as needed so that they can better understand our client's business and goals. They are going the extra mile to help us segment and target various audiences with different sets of products based on a range of metrics. Just this morning I got an email update from Dmytro with our recent numbers: "within the past 30 days both of your RetargetApp-powered campaigns (Retargeting and Prospecting) have shown great results - together they generated 26 sales for $8,080 in revenue and their total ROAS is impressive 590%." .... I use this app it really helpful for retargeting .. the people there are super and they look into specifically making your website work !

I used the old version of retarget app for a long time on our site. It worked smoothly and was well worth it. But the new version has been charging us more in ad spend and lowering our ROI dramatically. Facebook is now hitting the full budget each day where before changing it only needed a fraction of it to get results. I believe this is due to the campaigns all resetting which I was assured wouldn't happen. But all the historical data is gone and created new campaign in facebook. With any luck the facebook campaign will optimize over time and improve ROI but I was told that historical data wouldn't be lost which is very disappointing. The way the app is set up now anybody could just use facebook business manager directly and avoid paying a monthly fee to retargetapp. All they are doing now is just automating a retargeting campaign that anybody could set up in 10 minutes with a google search. I'd be surprised if you couldn't reach out to facebook support to set it up for you for free and save a monthly app fee. Ad spend all goes to facebook anyway.

Works more effectively than Rontar. We've had more purchase conversions and the stats are easier to view/retrieve because numbers show up through Facebook Ads Manager.

I NEVER review products but i cant pass this up. This is the easiest retarget app. I will ALWAYS use this.

Great little app and easy to use! Definitely recommend to give it a try. We have good ROI for both our Retargeting and Prospecting ads. Also, customer support is really great and fast. Carina is always there with us and helping squeeze as much out of the ads as possible. Two thumbs up!

Fantastic app giving me at times over 11x ROAS! Been very happy with it for over 2 years. I didnt get enough communication to realise i need to reinstall the app when the app moved to become facebook ad partner so please improve on this area in the future to prevent loss of revenue for both me and you. Very good results on RetargetApp, have been using this app quite a while now and it is proving profitable. Definitely getting return on spenditure

Looking good so far! I have 2 products that are selling really well and it's really nice to set and forget this app. Spent $80 and made $700 so I feel good :)

Very good app, great results for my 3 shop. I recommend for any shop who want to increase results with retargetting.

Seems like a pretty user-friendly app. Still within the 14 day trial period so it's hard to say if it's worthwhile yet. Only made 3 sales back so hopefully this picks up soon with more data.

This app is working well for me. I've received a lot of orders just this week due to my customers clicking on my retarget posts.

This is a great app, and the team behind it are brilliant. We don't need to worry about retargeting at all now, knowing that it's being taken care of behind the scenes.

I used this App for 3 years and made a ton of money on it. The new update killed this wonderful app. I had money in the updated version for several days with 0 Sales. Not only does the new Algorithm is ineffective they now want a 200% increase in monthly payment. Tread cautiously with the new version. Update: The New version wiped away the 3 years of Data and has me starting fresh with no previous insight to go by Update 2: Customer Service responded and said it can take up to 1 week for Facebooks optimization to kick in. With this information I am now willing to give the app another go but i'm going to start off slow which is unfort going to set back the pace.

I used this app to help me retarget customers who abandoned their checkout. We are seeing a great return on our investment. I will definitely continue using it.
