This company will take your money and supply fake reports. They also have a problem with their software in which prices show up with commas and not decimals. Wouldn't take accountability for the issue. Don't recommend this app.

Alex here, from RetargetApp. The currency in all assets created by RetargetApp (product feed, product catalog and RetargetApp-powered ads) was all recorded in the same way as it is presented in your store - with a period, i.e. $89.95. However, in certain countries the ads are displayed with a comma by default, i.e. $89,95 - these are the regional interface settings we cannot influence in any way. We want you to be sure that both our campaign settings and the reports we provide are 100% correct and accurate - this is why I would like to offer you to give a try to a new version of RetargetApp where you can access your campaign stats directly in Ads Manager. We will be happy if you give the new RetargetApp a try and share your thoughts on the app with us at [email protected].

This is the only app which has generated sales for us. I ran a campaign and forgot about it. It keeps generating sales. And they are all high valued customers. Thanks a lot for coming up with this app

Money spent, no sales and you can never tell whether the stats is real.

We have used this app for several years and LOVED it—nothing sketchy has ever happened—however as below comments mentioned, we also received a random $9000 charge on May 31. Fortunately it was refunded within a few hours, before we had even reached out. Hoping they address this issue—and double hoping it was a one-time error that has been eliminated.
First of all, I would like to say that we at RetargetApp really appreciated your loyalty and would like to apologize for the problem you had experienced. Indeed, it was a one-time issue, and it won't happen again as we have significantly improved our app since then. In a new version of RetargetApp, you are billed directly by Facebook and Shopify. Company charged my card $5,500. Does anyone have a customer contact number? What did you do to get it resolved?

WARNING! These guys tried to charge my credit card over $7,000 for a $20 a day campaign that was fully paid up

has become very expensive with latest update so higher ad costs and less sales not sure what has gone wrong with latest update seems like they scatter gun impressions across alot different networks

The more you store offers the better you will do. The app shows impressions to people who have already browsed your store. The sales channel has been verified by several sources and RetargetApp is to credit for the Facebook sales.

Wish I would have installed this app a long time ago. This is by far my favorite app to use for my stores. It's easy to use, simplifies remarketing, best of all has an awesome ROI. So far I have spent $6596 and have made $32,460. If you're not yet using it, give it a try, You got nothing to lose!

This app in amazing. The support team are always answering questions and helping out with insight. We love this app. It has pushed our online Furniture sales to grow over the past few months. Safe your time and download this app instead of pulling your hair out trying upload your product feed to Facebook for product re targeting ads.

I was skeptical but I actually make 10$ for every dollar I invest! If you have enough traffic this app can really help. Only drawback is I need a different app for Google remarketing, if that's ever solved I'll triple my budget. Asaf Rauch, founder Baristaswag.com
