Extremely simple and easy to use app, you don't really need to be technical at all. If you want to get introduced to retargeting and try it out, this is the best way to get started. You can't access full reports instantly, however you can get them from support quite quickly. We're on the other side of the pond which is the only reason we wait a bit longer. Highly recommend this either way!

Great app! Easy to use, and it works. Targets all kinds of customers and presents them with the most popular items. Only thing I would love to see in the future is a way to target certain categories, especially during the holidays. I highly recommend this app to anyone as one of the best marketing tools for FB.

The app as a retarget app is incredible. They are the most economical app too as far as I know. I have reduced the rating to 4 basically because they have no reporting options or analytics at all. And worst of all their revenue calculation that is happening from the app is woefully wrong. It says my spend of 370 dollars has given a revenue of 3000 dollars which makes no sense as I started my store just a few months ago and have not made that much sales from my store from all sources included. Quite silly it looks. I have mentioned this a few times but there has been no update at all in the last few months. Hope they sort this out soon and also include some analytics or reports.

This app requires you to change how you currently bill for advertising with Facebook. Facebook currently offers a billing threshold and services are billed after being rendered. Threshold is based on past successful billing thresholds. This app requires you to pay in advance for the same Facebook services + a fee. I don't mind the fee but completely changing how a larger company interacts with billing for Facebook is not acceptable. At the least this app should offer daily billing. App looks promising but this is a deal breaker.
