Trash. They have issues with the login after getting accepted, but haven't fixed their login issue. I'm unable to sign in to my merchant account and there's no live support to even chat with. Horrible.
Absolute crap with zero support. Impossible to install or get any knowledgeable assistance from Affirm or Shopify support. Save yourself time and just move on....
After a couple attempts of struggling to find the solution to add this feature. I was able to fix and add the messaging app to my store. It does take small steps to be able to add this. If you need assistance intergrading this to you store I will be glad to help
This app is giving me so much trouble. and customer service will give you the run around. nothing is solved!! even the app goes in circles
I would give it 0 stars if I could. I ran into an issue where they somehow put 3 customers orders onto 1 customers account. There is no phone number to call, so I messaged and also emailed for support. The only response I got was to have the customers call customer support. Of course, the 2 customers who's furniture purchases didn't get associated with their accounts have gone MIA now. This complete lack of support ended up costing me $6000 through no fault of my own.
This is a crap App, does not even install + impossible to login in their web dashboard after creating an account. Expected a tech person to troubleshoot for us but with little hope
Randomly bloating the app with new pop-ups and updates that noone asked for. Does not work as intended, cannot recommend.
Don't get discourage by the negative reviews, yes the implementation requires a little bit of coding experience and reading the documentation, but in our case we have a very customized template and we made it work, just read and follow the instructions, don't be afraid to ask for help.
doesnt ever work. been dealing with customer service for days now. its just a huge hassle and not worth it when there si klarna and afterpay available
App and messaging has not loaded for nearly two years, even after changing themes and several of the Shopify Helpers/Hireable team looking into it. Have not been able to integrate it at all.
Terrible app. It does not work. It doesn't show up in the check out page. It looks like there is a ton of additional configuration that has to happen at the code level to get this to work. Uninstalling, not worth the hassle.
You can look forward to them unexpectedly holding the funds on your first order for the reason that they are "getting to know your business." There is nothing in the merchant agreement that says they can do that, so it's fraud. Meanwhile you can't ship the order to your customer because you have no idea if you are actually going to receive the payment. The Feds need to look closely at this trashy company.
App doesn't work. Always gets stuck loading on promotional message page and doesn't allow me to install the promotional message
Horrific experience with them. They moved away from "paybright" We do not know how to fix API or mesh code. We asked for help and they kept coming back with " We are not complying to their standards" We asked for help and its an automated response every single time. You cannot call them and nobody will help you . Its been an awful experience and hopefully another loan company can take care of us. If you cannot provide customer service you shouldn't be in business.
How is this app still on the platform. It's not setup correctly to merge with Shopify. Please remove it from the options menu.
They only have email support for merchants and they don't respond
I was excited to partner with a buy now, pay later app after having no success with AfterPay in Canada. Affirm has TERRIBLE customer service; merchant accounts have no contact number. When you finally get ahold of someone via email, they aren't able to help you anyway.... " uninstall the app and reinstall. Still needs to be fixed!! Buyer be ware! I would give zero stars if I could :(
Probably the worst customer support in the business for this type of app. No one is helping me and when they do reply all they say is uninstall the app and reinstall it. For such a major company, their customer service is subpar at best. Come on! I've had this app and it worked great. Now I have a new theme and it's not working and no one from Affirm is helping. How do you expect to keep your customers if you're not helping them? I need help ASAP with this app. UPDATE: Still no help from support. I would think if you want me to add your app on my store you would provide help besides directing me to a document.
We tried to integrate Affirm to our Shopify store and it was a nightmare. We provided our banking + verification info only to get an error message. We created a support ticket and instead of resolving the error, support told us to abandon the current email address and use a new email to make a new business account (makes no sense as our Shopify store is already linked to the original email account we were told to abandon.). After troubling our IT to create a new email address, we got an error and could not create a new business account. This is a very buggy app, the FAQ is not helpful at all, the customer service is horrible, I am at the verge of just forgoing split payment.
