Application pratique avec une multitude de fonctionnalités différentes. L'équipe d'aide est très réactive et arrangeante en cas de demande. Je recommande cette application. Seul bémol, c'est qu'il faut tout re configurer en français et bien vérifier chaque ligne d'écriture ou de prompt pour ne pas envoyer des infos systématiques en anglais. Je recommande!

The Logic Issue: If you have multiple collaborators or influencers (e.g., Collaborator A is linked to SKU 1, and Collaborator B provides a coupon for SKU 2), this app CANNOT handle them in a single order. Their system forced the entire order’s commission to only ONE person, completely ignoring the "Product Connection" I set up for other SKUs. In my case, even though a product was hard-linked to a specific partner, a simple coupon used for a different product in the same cart wiped out their credit. The Support/Attitude: When I reported this as a logic flaw, the support team’s response was incredibly arrogant. They claimed they had "never heard of this request" and refused to fix this fundamental data integrity issue unless I paid for "expensive customization." They ignore the fact that as a Pro Plan subscriber, I expect accurate attribution—it’s the core purpose of an affiliate app! Conclusion: This app is only suitable for very small, simple stores with only one influencer per customer. If you are a professional merchant with multiple SKUs and various influencer partnerships, STAY AWAY. Their "one-order-one-owner" logic will cause you to lose data and damage trust with your collaborators. They care more about charging customization fees than fixing their product's basic logic.
Thank you for sharing. As mentioned, we cannot change our tracking logic on the production version, which is used by all of our users for the past 6 years, just to match your specific need. On the other hand, we're willing to do a customization on our special server, which requires the Enterprise plan and a one-time customization fee. It's the only option we can go for, but you're not willing to proceed. Anyway, we respect your decision. Good luck on finding another Affiliate Marketing app that can match the logic you needed. So great to use especially as a small business owner. Many other apps charge hundreds and are not nearly as good as UpPromote plus the customer service responds so quickly!

UpPromote's support has been quick and efficient. It's honestly very refreshing to have guidance when needed. We often get connected to Tanie, who is always very helpful with any questions I have; even if I have a lot of questions. I never feel like I'm a bother and she handles everything with an upbeat attitude!

The app is incredible. And their support service is active. Mina responds to me in 3 minutes and helped me remove the UpPromote Branding. I highly recommend this app to you if you want to spend less on ads and gain high quality traffic to your store.
