overall, great experience. customer service over a chat is really difficult and I think they do as well as you can with that experience. super responsive, asking questions and helpful

UpPromote helped us launch an affiliate program fast: smooth onboarding, flexible commission rules, link/code tracking, automation, and clean payout reports. Would love faster dashboard loads and stronger bulk-edit tools. Overall, a solid choice for SMBs starting or scaling affiliates.
