We are currently switching from our old affiliate platform to UpPromote, and so far, it’s been a great experience. The affiliate import process is seamless, and it offers all the features we need and even more. The support team is quick and responsive. A special shout-out to Nick and Tanie, who answered all my questions while we were testing the app during our trial.

Support has been great while I am setting up, super responsive. Setting up has been realitively straight forward, and I like the affiliates dashboard; it seems simple for them to use. Will update the review once I've launched my program and start getting affiliates through.

I have used Up Promote for our company brands now for over 12 months, with great success - the team are always on hand quickly to provide support, which enabled us to achieve this. All communication is through live chat, I have never had issue in connecting with a Up Promote team member straight away, which as an Affiliate Manager makes my day-to-day more seamless.
