I signed up for the Pediped Affiliate Program and needed a bit of help getting everything set up. Tommy from support was incredibly helpful and patient with me the entire time. He walked me through the process step-by-step, answered all my questions (even the basic ones), and made sure I was fully set up and confident before ending the chat. His calm and friendly attitude made the whole experience stress-free.

Solid app for getting an affiliate program off the ground quickly. Easy setup, tracking works, and support was responsive. Two issues pushed us to build our own: (1) No cross-platform support. We run multiple Shopify stores plus a WooCommerce brand and needed one system across all of them. (2) The UpPromote Marketplace sent us nothing but spam and scammer signups. Not a single legitimate affiliate came from it. Had to clean out over a dozen fake accounts. If you're a single-store operation, UpPromote will serve you well. If you're multi-brand or need more control, you'll outgrow it.

This is my first time working with UpPromote! Tanie was awesome in helping me to get the app set up and my plugins added to my website pages. Support was quick to respond, very kind, and very thorough to answer all of my questions. Plus the options and customization on the free plan are phenomenal. Tommy from the support service was of great help. I had some difficulties with the auto-generate coupons feature and he was able to sort it all out quickly!
