I've had a great experience using UpPromote Affiliate Marketing! The setup process was straightforward, and the interface is very user friendly. Thorough, quick to respond and always have an answer to my query. 'Barney' (pretty sure that has to be more than one person as its always Barney!) is very helpful and even demonstrated with an example in screen grabs which was most useful . Many thanks.

Useful software in affiliate marketing, great customer service from Selina!

The online onboarding representative, Gwen, was very helpful and made the difference. The number of options is overwhelming, and the app seems to be very limited unless you do upgrades, but honestly, for a starter like me, the single affiliate "test" option was everything I need to start. If I were to suggest anything, I would say to the developers to calm down on the locked out upgrade option visibility, it is very intimidating - with paid levels of up to $800 a year, it leads you to think that the app is not useful until you hit a pro level. The developers should allow you to "warm up" to the app and not scare people off. I almost went shopping for a different app.

Great app, tons of features and complete control over nearly everything. They've also got great customer support, Barney helped me get everything up and running in just a few minutes.

Barney was awesome and helped to address limitations which have made administering our affiliate program a chore. I feel relieved that he helped to identify solutions to automate more features to provide a seamless experience with our affiliates.
