I have not used the ap yet- just signed up so this is not a review about the ap itself. customer service answered question clearly about free plan, although the fact that I had to seek clarification about this in the first place says a bit about transparency.

UpPromote is very intuitive and easy to navigate, and it works super smooth with Shopify. The customer support is helpful and attentive, I got such great supper, as well as helpful suggestions from Hannah when chatting with her.

The app itself is intuitive and is exactly what we needed to operationalize our affiliate program. The problem was resolved quickly and effectively. The support agent (Stark) provided a clear and concise solution that worked perfectly. The communication was excellent. The support agent kept me informed at all times and made sure I was satisfied with the solution.
