Aftersell has been a great post purchase app. We'd bounced around to a couple different ones over the last year or so and landed on aftersell as the proper app to use. Support has been great and the functionality is pretty spot on, its a quick and accurate upsell app. Definitely recommend.

Haven't really used the app yet, but I just downloaded the app and had a lengthy and informative conversation with Patti with only a one minute wait. That's something you just don't see anymore. I can't vouch for the product, although it seems to speak for itself in that regard, but the customer support is stellar!

Can't believe I didn't install this app before. It's a no-brainer. In terms of the app itself. It's a 10/10 app. I've tried other apps, but nothing rivals Aftersell in terms of tools and capabilities. I personally love the a/b test functionality. I take my decisions with confidence when I have the data to back them up. A week after installing the app, I had a call with an Onboarding Specialist who was kind enough to review my integration, suggest edits, and go as far as implementing them live on the call. I am quite impressed with the attention and care Aftersell puts into each and every one of their customers. This app is 100% worth it. Give this app a try and watch your sales grow!

set up was a tad tricky based on what I was trying to achieve and Patti was very helpful and attentive. Looking forward to seeing what results we can achieve now.

Very easy setup and fast support! It was great to find an app that can do all of the checkout customisations that we wanted: trust badges, testimonials, upsells and even notifications based on what was added to the cart. Highly recommended for Shopify Plus users :)

It's been an awesome experience with AfterSell. We were looking for an app that can help us with one click upsells and they checked all the boxes. Not only is their app easy to use but their customer support team is awesome. We even created post purchase funnels together on our call. I highly recommend using AfterSell.

I was having an issue! it was an misunderstanding. Everyone came together to assist me with help and we got everything squared away. I see my business doing great things with this app. I'm glad I was recommended to them. Don't think about it. Just download the app.

I couldn't seem to view the AfterSell Funnel after making a purchase even after watching a tutorial on why it may not be showing up. So I got on the chat and within 30 seconds, someone responded and was able to help me figure out why I couldn't view it. Now I know it's working and can't wait to start making sales after my customer's purchase is completed! Thank you!

After testing several post-purchase upsell apps, AfterSell is by far the most effective, customizable, and feature-rich solution I’ve found. The level of personalization is amazing, and it truly helps increase AOV in a seamless way. With Shopify+, the ability to customize the checkout and payment page makes a huge difference in enhancing the customer experience. Big thanks to John for his quick and insightful support—he answered all my questions and provided great advice. Highly recommend!

The app is extremely powerful and a must have for e-commerce brands. Patti, their support rep was outstanding, and actually helped us configure things. I can't recommend this app, or their support team enough!
