Good customer service and fast.
We're so glad you enjoyed our fast customer service! 🙏 Looking forward to continuing to work with you 😀
The chat bot was not much help as the screen did not agree with what it was telling me. Laura came on after requesting a human and she was very helpful. She even sent me a video explaining the steps.
We're so glad Lillian was able to help you with sending a video explanation 😀 We would love to hear your feedback on how we can improve the setup process to be more clear, please let us know at: [email protected]. Looking forward to working with you 🙏
