We're still setting up but This app seems to be working really well for us so far. We previously used a product options add on on our product page, but we think this is going to work much better for conversions.

Setup process was seamless. I highly recommend working with their team to implement the first funnel. They are super responsive and the funnel they recommended was thoughtful and in line with our store objectives. Also working through the first funnel with support helped to highlight some of the features that we might have missed on our own e.g. what header colors to use etc.

Pierre was awesome! We thought we had a problem with this app and the product triggers were not firing the upsell offers (after it working perfectly for months...) it turns out that when we were testing we were using a 100% discount code and then Pierre informed me that it has to be at least $0.50 when testing - so make sure you do this if and when testing your funnels. Pierre was SUPER responsive, online chat within 30 seconds at least, and solved my issue in less than 3 minutes. Our trial is coming to an end... but guess what! We are sticking with this app! Ultimately, their support and funnel system is THE BEST. Thank you so much, Samantha

This app has already started rolling in extra $$ so we definitely can't complain there! We tried another app first but we were only able to offer 1 Post-Purchase Upsell per order. With AfterSell you can do 1 Upsell (with another Upsell if the customer accepted the first one). If they declined the first Upsell, you get one more chance with another item! Can't beat that! The only 2 recommendations i have are purely recommendations, not complaints. - Add more personalization options. - The ability to export your funnels onto a spreadsheet so you can check all the data at once.

AfterSell is awesome. They are already ahead of Zipify and they just keep upgrading their app. If you want a post purchase upsell app this is the one for you!

I had a unique situation where I wanted the customer to choose a style AFTER the sale (Not necessarily an upsell although I will use that on different products). I chatted late at night and got an immediate response. We bounced ideas back and forth for 20 minutes and we were able to come up with a solution. I couldn't be more happy with the App and the customer service that came with it!
