This is a fantastic app. Pierre even helped me design an upsell page that tripled what I had done myself. I did this as a test on one store and now I'm starting to roll this out to my other stores!

Does what it is supposed to do. Staff were very helpful. I do wish that it has further HTML integration to customize the pages. Also post-purchase upsells sometimes do not get processed by certain print on demand apps (which is my biggest gripe). But otherwise, it has served me well.

This app is great! Pierre as a customer service agent in the chat box is super helpful, friendly, and speedy! I can tell they really care about this app and the shops who they are working with. I hope that analytics will continue to be developed, but it's so far performed to my expectations and seems to be potentially a game changer for us!

AfterSell offers a Funnel design for free to new users. I got Pierre from customer service to do this for me after checking some preferences with me first. This guys is super friendly and operate at a speed different from us humans. Within minutes the funnel was ready to go - now I'll just wait.

Great app, has become a core part of our stack. The one missing component is a method for checking the final output of the design without creating a purchase. Otherwise this app gives us a lot of control around what happens after a sale and that is increasing both AOV and LTV.

I've had this app installed for about a week now and I have to say, the interface and usability are very simple and clean. I've used a number of other Upsell applications and this is by far the cleanest. I've also worked with their customer service on fixing what I thought was a bug but ultimately came to a formatting issue on my end. They were very quick to respond and troubleshot my issue in no time. Highly recommend this app.

The app is easy to use, loads fast, and has good customer support. I love that it has A/B testing. That is going to be the key to success.

This is a great app, support is awesome. Aftersell is a really simple way to increase store AOV. The post-purchase flows are great to show multiple different offers.

I was very happy with this app until today. The app is all of a sudden blank and not working from the back end and I cannot get hold of the support plus the in app chat does not work, since the app is not working. Very frustrating.

There is no way to cancel your subscription. If there is, they have not made it easy to locate. Beware of this ahead of time because it can cost you $799

To clarify, the app has a 30 day free trial and only has a charge for stores who have over 50 orders a month. Stores have to accept a usage charge of up to $799 but we will NEVER charge that amount unless you have over ~25000+ orders a month. The app is free for the vast majority of stores and scales up as orders increase ($9.99, $14.99, etc). I use this app to help boost my AOV to keep my margins high, especially when scaling. An extra 10% of pure profit can absolutely change everything. I love their customer support and they answer my questions in less than a few seconds which is honestly the best part! I recommend this app to all e-commerce business owners.
