The customer service is amazing. I had downloaded the free trial of Zipify One click upsell but it was complicated to set up and it was expensive.... so I found Aftersell Post Purchase Upsell and Patti did all the set-up for me for free, plus it's priced much more reasonably. Thanks so much Patti!

He took his time to send me a visual setup without me even asking which has never been done to me before. Definitely the man. As for the application itself, it looks very useful and easy to set up. great tool, easy to set up and enable. Responsive customer support (with video explanation solving my problem). We have had a successful sale through the tool so it does in fact work and process the additional item into the order.
