I've had this app installed for about a week now and I have to say, the interface and usability are very simple and clean. I've used a number of other Upsell applications and this is by far the cleanest. I've also worked with their customer service on fixing what I thought was a bug but ultimately came to a formatting issue on my end. They were very quick to respond and troubleshot my issue in no time. Highly recommend this app.

The app is easy to use, loads fast, and has good customer support. I love that it has A/B testing. That is going to be the key to success.

This is a great app, support is awesome. Aftersell is a really simple way to increase store AOV. The post-purchase flows are great to show multiple different offers.

I was very happy with this app until today. The app is all of a sudden blank and not working from the back end and I cannot get hold of the support plus the in app chat does not work, since the app is not working. Very frustrating.

There is no way to cancel your subscription. If there is, they have not made it easy to locate. Beware of this ahead of time because it can cost you $799

To clarify, the app has a 30 day free trial and only has a charge for stores who have over 50 orders a month. Stores have to accept a usage charge of up to $799 but we will NEVER charge that amount unless you have over ~25000+ orders a month. The app is free for the vast majority of stores and scales up as orders increase ($9.99, $14.99, etc). A full pricing list is provided here: https://aftersell.com/pricing We also offer a fully free 30 day trial, and 5x ROI positive guarantee. That means if you do not get at least a 5x return on the app, reach out and we will refund all costs. Most merchants see over a 2000% ROI! To cancel the subscription, the app should be uninstalled (no additional steps needed). Once it is uninstalled, the subscription is fully cancelled. I use this app to help boost my AOV to keep my margins high, especially when scaling. An extra 10% of pure profit can absolutely change everything. I love their customer support and they answer my questions in less than a few seconds which is honestly the best part! I recommend this app to all e-commerce business owners.

We're still setting up but This app seems to be working really well for us so far. We previously used a product options add on on our product page, but we think this is going to work much better for conversions.

Absolutely AMAZING customer service. Pierre went above and beyond to help me. He did exactly what i was having trouble doing in the App. I was able to make sales within minutes!This App is definitely a money making machine and will increase your sales in NO time.

Setup process was seamless. I highly recommend working with their team to implement the first funnel. They are super responsive and the funnel they recommended was thoughtful and in line with our store objectives. Also working through the first funnel with support helped to highlight some of the features that we might have missed on our own e.g. what header colors to use etc.

Pierre was awesome! We thought we had a problem with this app and the product triggers were not firing the upsell offers (after it working perfectly for months...) it turns out that when we were testing we were using a 100% discount code and then Pierre informed me that it has to be at least $0.50 when testing - so make sure you do this if and when testing your funnels. Pierre was SUPER responsive, online chat within 30 seconds at least, and solved my issue in less than 3 minutes. Our trial is coming to an end... but guess what! We are sticking with this app! Ultimately, their support and funnel system is THE BEST. Thank you so much, Samantha
