I literally just got on this app and Patti was there to help me right away. She created the funnel and sent me a step by step video. I really appreciate her friendliness and complete help. I am excited to see how this will help my store. Can't wait!

Great functionality, pricing, and customer service!

Weve just moved to shopify plus and aftersell seems like a great option. There was a small tech issue initially but Lillian was quick to fix it. Looking forward to seeing the results over the next few months.

Wonderfully, quick, clean cart. Has everything you need to customise it for your store, and the support is amazing. I had a few questions that were answered in minutes over a weekend. And, a minor conflict caused by our theme, which was easily resolved for us in less than an hour.

Would give it 6-stars if I could. Within 30-days of installing AfterSell, the app generated us an extra $2,000 with basically no input, and that's WITHOUT offering a discount on the checkout or post-purchase upsell. So that's an extra $2,000 without offering the customers any incentive at all. I can only imagine what this is going to do for us once we implement discounts as incentives. The app is super easy to use and install, and the support is amazing. Every Shopify store should have AfterSell installed, it's a no-brainer

Highly recommend AfterSell for 3 key reasons. 1) It works! Our business model is heavily dependent on upselling to additional products beyond our hero product. AfterSell ensure we don't miss out on obvious upsells where we're seeing upwards of 50% conversion rates on AfterSell offers on our top accessories. Beyond this the support team is great and the setup was surprisingly easy even for more complex flows. 5 stars with an extra bonus for having A/B testing built in so it's easy to test different offers!

Aftersell has been a great post purchase app. We'd bounced around to a couple different ones over the last year or so and landed on aftersell as the proper app to use. Support has been great and the functionality is pretty spot on, its a quick and accurate upsell app. Definitely recommend.

Haven't really used the app yet, but I just downloaded the app and had a lengthy and informative conversation with Patti with only a one minute wait. That's something you just don't see anymore. I can't vouch for the product, although it seems to speak for itself in that regard, but the customer support is stellar!
